Where should one look when performing ruku, sujud, and tashahhud according to the Shafi’i Madhhab?

It is recommended that one engaged in prayer look at the place of prostration throughout the prayer. Praying with one’s gaze fixed on where they will prostrate expresses utmost humility while they are worshiping the Creator.
When one is observing the tashahhud, it is recommended that they look at their pointer figure while it is extended. One does so because of the well-authenticated hadith evidence that has been related establishing it. (Tuḥfat al-Muḥtāj, 2:99-100)
And Allāh the Exalted knows best.
